Temperature Control Solution for Atmospheric Online Monitoring Systems

CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System): A system that continuously monitors the concentration and total emissions of gaseous pollutants and particulates from atmospheric pollution sources and transmits the information in real-time to the relevant regulatory authorities.
Process Introduction:
Before the flue gas or gas enters the analytical instruments, it must pass through several steps, including heated pipelines, dehumidification, and condensation. All these processes require constant temperature control, with a set temperature range of 120-160°C. Typically, one device requires 3-4 temperature controllers. Conventional systems use resistance thermometers or thermocouples to control solid-state relays (SSRs), and the temperature data is remotely transmitted to the host computer via a 4-20mA transmitter for real-time monitoring.
Deficiencies of the Original Temperature Control Solution:
Previously, major system equipment manufacturers used 48mm x 48mm temperature controllers for temperature control. The temperature data was transmitted remotely to the host computer via a 4-20mA output signal, allowing the environmental protection agency to monitor the temperature data at any time. An online monitoring system typically required 3-4 of these 48mm x 48mm temperature controllers. The host computer needed to be equipped with an equal number of 4-20mA receiving ports for data collection. Additionally, during long-distance transmission, the signal was weak, and the system had limited functionality.
Value Brought by YuDian's Temperature Control Solution:
Through communication with the customer's technical department, we recommended the AI-7348 and AI-7048 multi-channel temperature controllers. These products integrate four channels of temperature control functionality and are equipped with RS-485 communication for long-distance data transmission. They can not only record measurement values in real-time but also read alarm statuses and other data, as well as set target values.
The controllers are designed for DIN rail installation, with a width of only 22.5mm. This reduces the number of temperature controllers required, saving space while effectively lowering costs. Additionally, the solution enhances data acquisition functionality and improves operational efficiency.
Customer Feedback:
The temperature control solution recommended by YuDian has gained widespread recognition in our environmental protection industry. Moreover,YuDian's APID algorithm allows most online monitoring systems to achieve automatic and stable temperature control without the need for manual debugging after the temperature control modules are powered on. YuDian's modular assembly approach ensures fast delivery, with standard orders shipped within 2 working days, allowing customers to avoid excessive inventory and tied-up capital.
